Some people using low or low memory KitKat Phones do experience issue copying, moving or deleting files in their Phones.
I use to see it as a bug before but later understand that it was a restriction placed in some KitKat Phones with low memory Rom like 4GB and lower.
If you are facing this issue, I have a solution to fix it. Just follow the procedure below.
1. Root Access.
2. ES File Explorer.
As you can see, root access is a must have on your phone for you to do almost everything.
Download and Install ES File Explorer on your phone.
Downloading from From? Enable Installation of an app from an Unknown source through your settings.
Launch ES File Explorer and Enable root.
Follow the Pictures below to get everything done without wasting time.

Remember, sometimes, when you just root your Phone, using the ES File Explorer, you can start deleting, copying or moving files freely on your phone without any problem. But if that doesn’t work for you, you can try our tutorial above, hope this works for you, kindly share with friends.
